**DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS**
Resident authorized contractor access Work order assessment and repair
Superintendent and Property Management contractor access Maintenance of mechanical rooms
Check all areas of Recreation Centre and Marina Clubhouse for maintenance deficiencies and cleanliness
**MAINTENANCE**
Light bulb check and replacement, as required Lock check and adjustment
Inspect all fire extinguishers on property and initial tags monthly Painting touch-ups
Mechanical system check Gym equipment check Playground equipment checks
Electrical system check and repair
**General Housekeeping Lobby and Main Floor Area**
Report and deficiencies to Management
Perform any additional cleaning tasks throughout the property as required
**Exterior Building Maintenance**
Thoroughly sweeps all front/rear exterior areas to remove litter, cigarette butts, etc. from gardens and walkways of recreation centre and marina clubhouse, as required
Removes all debris from stairwells and grounds between contractor clean up as required
Removes snow, applies de-icer on all front/rear walkways of recreation centre and marina clubhouse to supplement contractor, as required
Snow removal of the outer decks at the rec centre
Report irrigation system deficiencies to contractor and Property Manager, as required
**Specific Duties**
**Winter Duties Include**:
Repairs to the Recreation Centre and Marina Clubhouse on an as needed basis Changing light bulbs
Small drywall repairs and Painting (benches/bike racks)
Exterior duties include checking gas meters Street signage
Unit light fixture repair Downspout repairs, etc. Interior painting of Rec Centre Mutt Mitts (Dog Stations)
Any other duties as required by the Property Manager
**Spring Duties Include**:
a. Turn on water stops and lowering any raised water stops that are a tripping hazard
b. Set up of patio furniture
c. Set up of bike racks, Basketball net and Volleyball net
d. Clean up of Boat storage, Kayak, Canoe and playground area
e. Set up of car wash station and prep area
f. Painting of garbage bins, super mail box pedestals
g. Removal of bird's nests
h. Set up of Bird houses (where applicable)
i. Changing light bulbs - units
j. Replace/repair dryer vent covers
k. Small painting repairs
I. Any other duties as required by the Property Manager
Summer Duties Include:
a. Leveling of interlock brick areas
b. Small repairs to bridge, pathways and fences
c. Power washing decks
d. Changing light bulbs
e. Any other duties as required by the Prope11y Manager
Fall Duties Include:
a. Take down of nets and windscreens
b. Turn off water stops
c. Remove and store Volleyball net, Basketball net and bike racks
d. Remove bird nests
e. Any other duties as required by the Property Manager
**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Collingwood, ON L9Y 5C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- construction: 5 years (preferred)
