Rodd & Gunn treats department store concessions just like standalone retail stores; our own team, our own inventory, our own fixtures and fit outs, and our own sales culture and customer service experience. We exist to create products and experiences that make our customer feel great Having successfully traded for the last 3 seasons as a wholesale partner with Hudson Bay (Canada’s most iconic department store chain), we are now converting these 25 Hudson Bay doors into a full concession model. These will be staffed with our own retail teams and will launch a new chapter in our global expansion. RODD & GUNN New Zealand is a classic menswear lifestyle brand with over 155 locations globally. We began a northern hemisphere journey 10 years ago in the USA, on the back of that success today we continue our retail expansion into Canada, and we are looking for 25 retail managers across the country.

If you are an outgoing, energetic, competitive sales manager capable of leading two to three sales associates, enjoy customer facing roles, and you lead from the front on the sales floor then this role is for you.

**Applicants must**:

- Have a minimum 2 years menswear or womenswear customer facing sales experience with a proven track record of sales results.
- Have a minimum of 2 years Sales Management experience overseeing one or more direct reports.
- Be a jack of all trades willing to roll up your sleeves and be a part of all facets of the business in a new market. You must have a “can do” “solutions focused” attitude.
- Have a passion for recruitment and hand-selecting a successful team.
- Be a charismatic, energetic leader
- Be a great storyteller and relationship builder
