**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Interpret part numbers, diagrams, and catalogues to determine the right components for various makes and models.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and place orders with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of parts.
- Collaborate with the service and sales departments to fulfill parts requests and ensure timely delivery.
- Process parts transactions accurately, including pricing, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department, ensuring easy access and efficient storage of parts.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including familiarity with various makes and models.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including inventory management software and parts catalogues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
