**You will possess the following**:
- Must have experience in operating a CNC Lathe and CNC Mill.
- Experience in setting up a CNC Lathe and CNC Mill is an asset but not a requirement.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Proficiency in the use of measuring instruments.
- Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across organizations.
- Must be flexible with working overtime.
- Previous exposure to a lean environment is an asset.
- ** Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machines will be a huge advantage.**
