**The Role**

This position will not only provide exposure and hands on responsibilities within the finance and operation teams, you’ll gain valuable insight on business operations while working in a stimulating and supportive environment.

Your work will vary from week to week, and will include a variety of tasks including:

- Administer full cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Answer customer and vendor inquiries and calls for follow up
- Work with new clients and vendors to accurately onboard them as a client
- Create, issue and follow up directly on invoices
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Serve as a support/back up for all things accounting and administrative as requested
- Office support as requested

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
- Highly professional, polite and polished with a positive attitude
- 1-2 years accounting related experience within a business environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
