**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing product recommendations.
- Promote and sell a variety of flooring options and tile products, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain product knowledge on flooring materials, tile brands, and services offered to guide customers effectively.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring shelves and displays are stocked and organized.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Help customers with product selection and any questions regarding delivery or installation options.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Assist with store maintenance, including keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required. Experience selling flooring and tile would be an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash and processing transactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a customer-first mindset.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods and assist customers on the sales floor.
