We are looking for a **CNC Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team on the evening shift**. In this role, your attention to detail combined with being mechanically inclined, will assist you as you prepare quality components to be used in producing our premium hand-crafted windows and doors.

**Shift**: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm - 3:00 am**

**You will be responsible to**:

- Efficiently operate the CNC machine
- Ensure parts meet specifications
- Monitor operation of the CNC machine to ensure it is functioning problem free
- Assist in solving problems that are occurring on the machine
- Ensure parts are run on time and quality issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Provide the Group Leader with accurate, timely information regarding CNC production, quality, and maintenance
- Flex where required around the plant as directed by leadership

- Basic computer and programming skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds repetitively
- Willing to work flexible hours when needed

**The following will be considered assets**:

- Sound mechanical understanding of motors and machinery
- Previous experience operating a CNC machine or similar equipment
