**Job Title**: Inside Sales

**Location**: 782D Tagish Street, Kamloops, BC

**Job purpose**:This position’s primary responsibilities are to increase sales and profitability through the provision of quality customer service surrounding sales phone calls.

- Meet sales goals and maintain sales margins
- Consistently treats customers with integrity, honesty and credibility

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer customer inquiries and process sales orders via phone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and deliver personalized attention to each, providing the best in quality service and value
- Pursue job leads, avoid price or competition checks where possible
- Book service work/trouble shooting for technician to complete in order to ensure billing for work
- Monitor quote success rates and watch for trends; keeping details on reasons for unsuccessful quotes
- Attend year-round training sessions and product knowledge seminars
