**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Outreach**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, high schools, community events, and online platforms.
- Conduct informational sessions, campus tours, and one-on-one meetings with prospective students and their families.
- **Application Process Support**:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admission process.
- **Communication**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community partners, and other stakeholders.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:
- Analyze recruitment data and trends to inform future strategies and outreach efforts.
- Prepare reports for senior management on recruitment and admissions activities.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions processes and student experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with admissions software or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment events and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
