Paint Sprayer

**Overview**
We are seeking an sprayer with some experience to join our growing team. At Neufeld Woodworks we specialize in cabinetry and solid wood furniture with quality lacquer finishing.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the finishing process.
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a finisher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with the operation and maintenance of finishing equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for understanding equipment operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring areas and mixing finishes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
