**Schedule**: Shift work based on weekly schedules, weekdays and weekends, morning shifts

**YOUR FUTURE TEAM**:
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will work closely with the food and beverage and operations teams of the hotel where cooperation and teamwork are essential.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Receive, inspect and properly store products coming into the kitchen
- Produce all items on the breakfast order, including continental breakfast items as well as hot breakfast menu offering
- Maintain proper levels of product on the buffet by monitoring par levels and replacing when needed
- Produce any a la carte plated breakfast orders
- Produce products for any breakfast and/or lunchtime events during the shift
- Be able to prepare any miscellaneous kitchen items that are needed (i.e. soups, stocks)
- Maintain a par stock of goods and request goods when needed
- Maintain clean and efficient workspace with as little waste as possible
- Communicate efficiently with kitchen, Front of house and other hotel operational departments.
- All other duties as assigned

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Proficient in English
- 1 to 2 years of relevant kitchen experience, preferably with breakfast experience an asset
- Being able to work self-directed while understanding their role in the larger operational team
