- Operate a Shearing machine
- fabricate custom roofing materials or other custom projects
- be able to maintain a clean working area
- Quick learner and be able to complete orders in a timely fashion.

**All new recruits start at $18.00/ hr and get reassessed in 3 months for a raise.**
