Job Details:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the development and strategic direction of complex enterprise-level products within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. Working with cross-functional teams across international platforms and multi-cloud environments, you will bridge the gap between business needs, technical execution, and customer requirements, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact solutions for our global enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise solutions tailored to the BFSI domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to define and deliver value-driven solutions. Manage customer relationships and expectations, ensuring product deliverables meet or exceed client requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Lead product development efforts by leveraging a strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Google Cloud), and integrate them into scalable enterprise products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to guide the technical aspects of the product, ensuring the use of the best practices in system design, architecture, and platform integration across diverse environments.
- Agile Product Development: Oversee the agile product development process, ensuring sprints are efficiently managed and product delivery is on time, with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and market conditions.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Continuously gather and analyze feedback from enterprise customers to improve product offerings, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in the BFSI / Credit Union domain, focusing on enterprise solutions and multi-cloud platforms.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical foundation in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of modern architecture principles like microservices, containers, and APIs.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles, from concept to delivery, in collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.
- Agile Methodology: Strong experience with agile product management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- BFSI Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of BFSI industry challenges, including compliance, security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Customer-First Mindset: Ability to empathize with enterprise customers, understanding their needs and tailoring product solutions that address those requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $120,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
