Responsibilities:

- Install insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
- Seal gaps and cracks to prevent air leaks
- Install vapor barriers and fire-resistant materials as required
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate insulation installation with other building activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in insulation installation is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of construction painting, power tools, blueprint reading, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, plaster, masonry, and HVAC is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
