**Job Summary**:
The Part-Time Sales & Social Media Live Stream Associate plays a dual role in delivering exceptional in-store service and hosting engaging live stream sessions that showcase luxury resale items. This position blends product expertise, customer relationship building, and social media presentation to enhance brand visibility and drive both in-store and online sales.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Luxury Sales & Customer Service:

- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance with product inquiries and styling advice.
- Educate clients about product authenticity, condition, and brand history (e.g., Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermès).
- Support the resale buying and consignment process by learning product valuation basics.
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring products are displayed attractively and securely.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed sales records.
- Build long-term client relationships through attentive and professional service.

Social Media Live Streaming & Content Creation:

- Host live stream sessions (e.g Instagram Live, Facebook Live) featuring luxury bags, apparel, accessories, and jewelry.
- Present products with confidence and accuracy, highlighting features, authenticity details, and value.
- Engage viewers during live sessions — answer questions, show product close-ups, and encourage purchases if needed.
- Assist in planning, setting up, and organizing live stream equipment and products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create short-form videos, styling reels, and product highlight posts.
- Monitor performance analytics (views, engagement, conversion rates) and provide feedback for improvement.

**Operational Support**:

- Help photograph and tag inventory for online listings and social media promotions.
- Maintain product accuracy and integrity in descriptions and visual presentation.
- Assist with daily shop organization.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in fashion, communications, or marketing preferred.
- 1+ year experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion, resale, or jewelry.
- Experience in social media live streaming or influencer-style content creation strongly preferred.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Confident on camera with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Passion for luxury fashion, designer brands, and the resale market.
- Strong product presentation skills with an eye for detail and authenticity.
- Proficient with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Basic video editing or live stream setup skills (using tools like CapCut, Canva, or OBS).
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
