**Work DESCRIPTION**

The shipping/receiving clerk is responsible for the reception and the expedition of the merchandise. He is also responsible for parts and equipment storage.

**TASK**

Ø Ensure control of the inventory.

Ø Ensure supply of production: connectors, cables, tools.

Ø Keep inventory up-to-date and track new orders.

Ø Maintain accuracy of inventory locations for Imeco Câbles and TBL Telecom divisions.

Ø Move the heavy equipment safely using forklift.

Ø Manage the waste related to the store and shipping area; fill the contents and keep the waste area clean.

Ø Ensure the cleanliness of the reception /shipment area.

Ø Respect and enforce the standards of the environment, health and safety at work.

Ø Replace the shipper or the storekeeper in their absence.

Ø Enter the goods received in the IT system for Imeco Câbles / TBL Telecom divisions.

Ø Store products where appropriate.

Ø Ensure the reception of customers and suppliers RMA.

Ø Manage RMA and REA in the Excel spreadsheet and the missing parts in the register.

Ø Ship the goods to customers and suppliers

Ø Complete the required customs documentation for the export of products

Ø Choose the appropriate carriers for prices and quality of services

Ø Complete the bills of lading using FedEx, Puro, etc. software.

Ø Make urgent deliveries and requisitions.

Ø Perform manual work as needed.

Ø Communicate any non-compliance to the Quality Assurance Director and the Purchasing and Logistics Director

Ø Fill out the nonconformity chart and missing parts.

Any other required task.

**Particularity Requirements**

Ø Knowledge of the techniques used.

Ø Forklift certificate

Ø Knowledge of French/English (spoken/written)

**QUALITIES**: Manual skill, good physical condition, capacity to be working under pressure, honesty, responsible, reliability, capacity to be working without monitoring.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
