As a **Storage Customer Service Specialist (French Bi-Lingual)** at Mini Mall Storage, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue generation while overseeing the effective operation and maintenance of our storage facilities. Your responsibilities encompass lead management, proactive sales strategies, exceptional customer service, unit inventory management, brand standards maintenance, security oversight, delinquency management, auction processes, and daily business reconciliation.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Effectively manage and convert leads into rentals through proactive lead management and a structured sales process.
- Efficiently execute the structured sales process steps to maximize our opportunity to sell
- Provide outstanding sales-driven customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property walkthrough audits to manage the integrity of the system accuracy vs the physical unit inventory, ensuring all units are accurately available and clean.
- Ensure that the facility maintains brand standards, including lighting, cameras and security feature functionality, to enhance the overall sales experience and peace of mind of existing customers.
- Perform sales-driven security audits to safeguard the facility and tenants' belongings.
- Manage delinquent accounts through collection calls, following established procedures and policies to maximize revenue recovery.
- Facilitate the auction process for units with unpaid accounts, adhering to legal and company guidelines.
- Ensure daily business reconciliation, accurately recording and managing rent payments and other financial transactions.
- Other job duties as assigned.
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- High school diploma or equivalent, with preference for previous sales-focused experience in customer service, or property management.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency, with a focus on sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with flexibility for weekend or evening shifts to maximize sales opportunitie
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal and sales communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in unit inventory management, brand standards, and sales-driven security protocols.
- Proficiency in sales-oriented delinquency management, including collection calls, auctions, and daily business reconciliation, while prioritizing revenue generation.
