We service all retailers across the country including Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, Nestlé Canada brands, Rexall and many more The part-time retail representative (merchandiser) position is responsible for the execution of in-store merchandising and sales activities within the assigned territory. (London and surrounding areas) **General Availability Required** - Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (with flexible work hours) **Responsibilities & Duties** - Follow detailed instruction for execution of client priorities through sales and merchandising - Execute store relines, shelf replenishment, negotiation of display space and other physical tasks - Report on in-store activities and tasks using a handheld device - Maintain in-store relationships and follow retailer procedures for store access - Communicate regularly with Retail Supervisor/Team Lead **Successful Qualifications and Skills** - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience and/or combination - Experience in a retail environment preferred - Retail merchandising experience is required (must be familiar with planograms or schematics) - Reliable transportation (personal vehicle) is a must, as well as a valid driver’s license and auto insurance - Ability to work independently and autonomously with little supervision - Solid customer service and sales skills related to building excellent relationships in-store - Intermediate-level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) **Physical Demands** - Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly - Ability to carry a 2lb device for the duration of a schedule event - Complete up to 8 hour shifts with the ability to; sit, reach (overhead/arm’s length), bend, climb ladders/step ladders, kneel, stand, squat, and walk **As part of the Crossmark team, you will enjoy** - Competitive Wages - Paid Training - Flexible work hours **Come join our team of merchandisers TODAY** REQ # ID 2021-188221 **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 26-35 per week **Salary**: $17.50 per hour Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: At CROSSMARK our highest priority is the safety of our employees, contractors and customers.
