Inn on the Twenty is currently seeking a Part Time a Front Desk team member to join our growing team

Situated in the heart of Jordan Station, this is an excellent opportunity for those with a love of hospitality and customer service.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Register guests and assign rooms.
- Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
- Check out guests on a regular ongoing basis.
- Perform office duties such as preparing mail for postage, performing routine cash handling procedures, posting accounts; maintain keys for rooms and issuance of safety deposit box keys.
- Assist bell staff with luggage when required.
- Coordinate departmental request as required.
- All other duties as assigned.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Reliable transportation to Jordan Station
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous administrative/Customer Service experience
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as required
- Comfortable answering incoming phone calls
- Ability to multitask

**Salary**: $16.96-$17.85 per hour
