We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative Assistant in our Personal Lines department. In this role you will support the Broker Customer Service Representative in managing a book of business.

**What will you do?**
- Renewals: shops, quotes with alternative markets, prepares and processes renewal rewrites
- Process endorsements
- Back up of TSR duties

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 years of Personal Insurance experience
- Valid RIBO license
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of computer skills, knowledge and previous experience working with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote is an asset
