Our office in Toronto is seeking a B.I.M. Modeler with a Structural background to join our Toronto team.

This is a position to work on projects in the rail (High Speed, Metro, LRT, streetcars) industry in the Toronto office.

**The Responsibilities in this role include**:

- Develop and prepare engineering drawings, plans, diagrams, and layouts from sketches in the areas of Rail & transit specific design for our clients
- Revit modelling and drawing
- AutoCAD drawing preparation
- Conduct quality control checks of design drawings Other duties as assigned
- **Qualifications**:

- Graduate of a Civil Engineering Technology or engineering program in structural engineering or design
- Must have 5-6 years of experience preferably with an Engineering firm
- Rail\Civil project experience a strong asset
- Proficiency Revit
- Proficiency in Civil 3D is required
- AutoCAD proficiency is an asset
- Meticulous attention to detail essential
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Strong mathematical skills
- Exposure to a construction environment would be considered an asset
- Exposure to Structural design would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task in a multidisciplinary environment
- Exceptional organizational, prioritizing and time management skills
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Good oral and written communication abilities essential
