**The Disc Clinic** is a busy, locally owned and operated clinic in Cole Harbour, established in 2015. We are seeking up to 3 motivated and skilled **Registered Massage Therapists** to join our collaborative team of chiropractors and physiotherapists. This is a part-time contractor position with flexible scheduling and an established client base.

**About the Role**:
We have an established clientele who frequently book massage treatments, and we're looking to fill up to 3 part-time positions (5 - 20 hours per week) in a smaller treatment room (10'x8') and sharing our larger treatment room (13’x9’) with our full-time RMT. You will be working in a supportive environment, treating a diverse range of clients. We're looking for someone who excels at therapeutic and deep tissue massage, a style our clients frequently request, but we welcome and encourage any additional skills or techniques you can bring.

- **Collaborative Environment**: Work alongside and receive internal referrals from our chiropractors (specialized in the Cox Technique) and physiotherapists.
- **Flexible Schedule**: Our clinic hours are Monday-Thursday (9 AM - 7 PM) and Friday (9 AM - 5 PM), with no weekend work; make your own schedule.
- **Full Administrative Support**: Our on-site team handles all booking and direct billing.
- **Laundry done by admin staff**: The administrative staff handle washing, drying, and folding the laundry so your time is completely dedicated to your patients.
- **Competitive Pay**: Pay is bi-weekly via invoice. An on-site manager is available to assist with any invoicing or tax questions; T1 Tax form provided at year-end.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing.
- Strong skills in therapeutic and deep tissue massage.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor.
- Compassion and empathy for our clients and staff.
