**Job Purpose**:
Avenza Systems is seeking a Researcher and Data Collector on a three (3) month contract position with a potential extension. This role is accountable for supporting the systems and processes of the Customer Success team and Avenza. This role also supports and has accountability for the following mandates:
- Education Partner Program
- CRM maintenance
**Responsibilities**:
- Research, identify and record applicable North American university and college programs details.
- Collect and record applicable instructor contact details from prospect schools and programs
- At the Account level in the CRM, update/correct the following fields where necessary:
- Industry/Major Activity
- Organization Type
- Account Type
- Service Level
- Products
**Requirements**:
- Strong research skills and affinity
- Strong keyboard skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical approach, working with and leveraging data on a daily basis
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate analysis
- Ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Contract length**: 3 months
