**Required Qualifications**:

- _**Mandatory**:_**Valid Basic Security Training **_**(BST)**_ **license**:

- **Mandatory: OFA2 Certification**_**(Occupational First Aid Level 2)**_
- Must be able to commit _**full-time work with flexible availability (Weekday and Weekends)**_
- **Advanced Security Training (AST)** is an additional asset
- _**Reliable Car with valid Driving License**_

**Required skills**:

- Ability to work in a busy environment and able to patrol on foot for hours
- Ability to lift 15 lb
- Ability to work alone and handle difficult situations and conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to make quick decision to de-escalate the difficult situations
- Maintaining professionalism all the time at the job site with excellent customer service

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and patrolling the site
- Maintain safety of property, assets, and people
- Log in Credentials/license plates/visitor information as required
- Securing site/fleet by putting locks as required
- CCTV Surveillance as required
- *Any other duties as required by specific site needs_

Shift Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday - 7AM to 3PM

Saturday and Sunday - 3PM to 11PM

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour
