As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts by ensuring an intimate understanding of their needs so you can proactively partner with them as their premier filter partner.
This role will be located in Quebec and supporting Eastern Canada

En tant que gestionnaire de territoire, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la croissance des comptes existants en assurant une compréhension intime de leurs besoins afin que vous puissiez vous associer de manière proactive avec eux en tant que partenaire de filtrage de premier plan.
Ce rôle sera situé au Québec et soutien à l’Est du Canada
**Responsibilities**
- Ensures Parker products and services are meeting customer satisfaction levels and resolves conflict issues effectively and efficiently and is a practicing advocate of the Win Strategy
- Offers the customer unique perspectives and knows the individual customer’s value drivers
- Can identify economic drivers of the customer’s business and is comfortable discussing money
- Accompany and assist distributor field sales as required
- Provide product training at the distributor and customer levels. Motivate and provide sales direction to the distributors. Assist in the conversion of competitive accounts to Parker
- Travel is required about 50% of the time within the territory

- Accompagner et aider les ventes sur le terrain des distributeurs au besoin
- Fournir une formation sur les produits au niveau des distributeurs et des clients. Motiver et fournir une direction des ventes aux distributeurs. Aider à la conversion de comptes concurrentiels en Parker
- Le voyage est nécessaire environ 50% du temps dans le territory
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
- Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience required
- Filtration, B2B or industrial/mining sales experience an asset

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in CRM, Outlook, Excel and Word

- Professional appearance and behaviour
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to read the audience and tailor presentation to meet its needs
- Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Meet appropriate deadlines, be responsive and accessible
- Team player
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- High degree of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, social skills, empathy, motivation and self-regulation)
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp technical information
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven and progressive sales track record
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Fluency in French

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing
