Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service will be key in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for contract renewals.
- Negotiating payment plans with existing clients.
- Developing rapport and resolving a variety of professional client issues.
- Communicating and resolving client delinquencies.
- Maintain corporate records according to established policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience in client relations management and negotiation.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights based on client interactions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is an asset.
- Legal experience is an asset.

Additional Pay:

- Commissions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
