We are currently looking to bring onboard **Pre-Fab Panel Technicians** to join our team based out of our plant in Mission, BC. Prior experience in a manufacturing atmosphere is an asset, but not required. Duties can include handling of raw materials (dimensional lumber, nails), operation of automated precision saws, and manufacturing of custom designed pre-fabricated wall systems.

Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 am to 3:15 pm, Mon - Fri)

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr

The position includes a $1/hr production bonus that is applicable from the start date. This bonus is tied to attendance, punctuality, and production. Once the employee reaches 520 hours of service, this production bonus will be increased to $2/hr.

There is a 90 day probation period, and upon successful completion, the employee will be eligible for the company's comprehensive benefits plan, as well as, a wage review.
