**Role Description**:
Working closely with Operations Management, the Project Manager is a vital leader at Team Viking who guarantees our work's safe and efficient planning. The Project Manager is responsible for:

- Preparing quotations and bids for project leads sourced by Business Development.
- Managing day-to-day field activities in a highly dynamic environment (schedule changes/challenges).
- Ensure that people, equipment, materials, and job schedules are prepared and assigned to the Field Services staff allocated for the work.
- Ensuring that work is planned according to the budget(s) of the job/project.
- Develop and maintain product/service catalog in Team Viking's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Developing and Managing a Team: The Project Manager will collaborate with departmental leadership to recruit, hire, and develop Field Services staff.
- Leading the development of work procedures.
- Champion Team Viking's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management System (HSEQMS) ensuring the protection of our people, stakeholders, the environment, and our reputation as a leading service provider.

**Knowledge and Experience Desired**
- Education and experience related to project management.
- Experience with delivery of technical field services to Industry, Oil & Gas.
- Experience and practical knowledge of safe work practices and sending crews to Upstream & Downstream facilities.
- Experience and working comprehension of heat exchangers, pumps, valves, chemical cleaning, and transportation compliance would be an asset.
- General Skills in creating and delivering presentations to clients in coordination with other management members from within Team Viking and their suppliers.
- General Business Administration competency to support billing activities, project cost and profitability forecasting and analysis, and report creation with a specific focus on labor inputs.
- Working Knowledge of Office Tools (Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Project).
- Document Repository and Doc Versioning Experience.

**Job Function Requirements**
- Ultimately Responsible for the scheduling, profitability, and successful execution of the assigned client work.
- Hands-on project planning and hands-on project delivery (supervisory and stand-in)
- Primarily work from the Stony Plain office but must be able to travel throughout North America to client sites for client meetings and during project delivery (as required).
- Primarily work during the business week but must be available to take calls and address field problems outside of regular work hours as required.
- Coordinate resources and crews for recurring service contracts, ad-hoc service calls, and turnaround projects.
- Equipment acquisition, maintenance, scheduling, and utilization planning.
