Are you a a creative, detail-oriented freelance content creator? We are looking for someone to help us bring our marketing ideas to life. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute engaging, brand-aligned content across video, photography, blogs, ad creatives, and branded sales collateral.

If you’re organized, resourceful, and love turning a clear brief into polished, professional content this role is for you.

**In-Office Requirement**
- This role includes 2 days per week working in-office with our team in London, Ontario.
- All other work can be completed remotely, but weekly in-person collaboration is required for planning, coordination, and/or content capture.
- **What You’ll Work On**_

**Initial Project (Month Duration)**:

- Capture and edit 10-15 short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Create 30-40 ad creatives (video and/or static) for social and paid campaigns
- Write or refine 5-10 blog posts based on provided outlines
- Assist with the creation of branded print materials, such as:

- Business cards
- Sales documents for client meetings
- Support the coordination and creation of branded event materials
- Assist with planning and capturing content for our two owners’ personal social media channels
- Ad Hoc requests as necessary

**Ongoing Support**:

- Supporting the business with any content creation needs on a monthly basis
- Ad Hoc requests as necessary

**What You’ll Need**
- 2-5 years of content creation experience (freelance or agency)
- A smartphone with strong camera capabilities (iPhone 12+ or equivalent)
- Your own laptop and editing/design software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva)
- A sharp eye for detail, composition, and branding
- Reliable transportation to get to our office and London-area shoots
- Strong writing/editing skills and the ability to follow brand tone and templates
- Must be able to invoice for work completed

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with real estate, home services, or other service-based businesses
- Familiarity with WordPress or basic blog publishing tools

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
