With more than 65 stores across Canada, periodic renovations of existing stores and expansion plans for Browns and B2 stores will provide exciting opportunities for the coming years.

As part of the Browns team, you will be joining a large and growing family that values strong interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and collaboration at all levels.

**Workload**
- Actively involved in the start-up of new projects;
- Search and participate in the selection of new suppliers;
- Fill out material requests and route them to approval;
- Working with other Managers to determine procurement needs;
- Assist in the forecasting process for future orders;
- Purchase supplies and equipment per specifications;
- Determine priorities and place orders;
- Follow up on purchase orders and perform supplier performance review and monitoring (meet or visit suppliers as needed);
- Prepare and review submissions and negotiate best price, delivery and other terms beneficial to Browns while considering clauses, priorities, warranties;
- Inform the appropriate party of price fluctuations, obsolescence, production cut-offs and changes in delivery times of materials;
- Oversee the receipt and shipment of goods;
- Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with company personnel and suppliers;
- Monitor inventory and ensure availability of materials in case of emergency;
- Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers;
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, quantity of materials, specifications, etc.

**Qualifications and skills**
- College or professional diploma in procurement or equivalent;
- Experience in commercial design is an asset;
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role;
- Good communication skills (oral and written);
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Experience as a Procurement Manager;
- Experience in shipping and receiving is an asset;
- Understanding forecasting and budgeting;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Bilingualism;
- Mobile

- Assurer le suivi des bons de commande et effectuer la revue et le suivi de performance des fournisseurs (au besoin, rencontrer ou visiter des fournisseurs) ;
- Préparer et réviser les demandes de soumissions et négocier les meilleurs prix, la livraison et les autres modalités profitables à Browns tout en considérant les clauses, les priorités, les garanties
- Informer qui de droit, des fluctuations de prix, des obsolescences, des fins de production et des changements dans les délais de livraison de matériaux ;
- Superviser réception et l’expédition de marchandises ;
- Établir et maintenir des relations harmonieuses avec le personnel de l’entreprise et les fournisseurs.
- Acheter des fournitures et du matériel conformément aux spécifications
- Contrôler les niveaux de stocks et assurer la disponibilité du matériel en cas d’urgence
- Entretenir des relations et négocier avec les fournisseurs
- Tenir des registres détaillés sur les achats, la quantité de matériaux, les spécifications, etc.

**Qualifications et habiletés**
- Posséder un diplôme d’études collégiales ou professionnelles en approvisionnement, ou l’équivalent ;
- Avoir de l’expérience dans le domaine du design commercial, un atout;
- Posséder un minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires ;
- Bonne capacité de communication (orale et écrite) ;
- Fortes compétences en leadership, en négociation et en communication ;
- Esprit d’analyse ;
- Expérience a
