**What We Are Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective tenant callers and walk-ins.
- Proactively build and sustain relationships with our clients to ensure continued growth of the company.
- Quickly respond to calls and provide clients with requested information.
- Ensuring all deposits, rental fees are collected in a timely manner
- Ensure that all aspects of the move-in process are properly followed in advance of signing the lease agreement, such as tenant screening, unit pre-tour, income verification, background checks, etc.
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends if required.

**Skills And Abilities**:

- 2-5 years experience in leasing, property management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisor position.
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel and property management software.
- Always maintain a professional and presentable appearance and attitude.
- Superior organizational and time management skills to assist in multi-tasking and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Strong work-ethic with the ability to work autonomously with minimum daily supervision and act independently.
- Assist in promoting our company and advertise available units using a variety of media platforms.
- In depth knowledge of the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act
- Strong people management, decision-making and superior leadership skills.
