Cleaner - Subcontractor

Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks across various property types
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage work schedules efficiently to meet client deadlines
- Communicate clearly with clients and teammates regarding project details
- Address client concerns with professionalism and care

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-service mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
