**SUMMARY**
Reporting to the site manager, the role will be responsible for running the overall day-to-day management of the harvest operations and directing activities to ensure a quality product. Oversee the direction of all personnel in the department. Drive production to achieve all safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals. Fill in for the site Manager during absences.

- Scheduling and managing day-to-day operations
- Conducting quality checks at regular intervals
- Operating manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard work instructions

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;**- Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry preferred
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and specific instructions
- Good communication skills; Fluent in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a routine basis
- Must be able to walk and/or stand 90% of the shift
- Must be able to work at heights
- Ability to use a computer and Microsoft office
