Position Summary:
Responsible for repairing, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading data on various printers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform onsite/offsite printer installation, repair and maintenance
- Perform onsite/offsite configuration/troubleshooting of printers/faxes
- Evaluate repair requests, determine the extent of needed service, and exercise considerable judgment in continuing with the service or forwarding extensive requests to supervisors or suppliers.
- Assist users with service/support issues and provide technical sales support.
- Tracking of work performed and expenses

- Proficient in MS Office products
- Basic networking knowledge
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Comfortable in a high-pressure environment
- Willingness to constantly learn and adapt to new technology
- Professional telephone manner
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be fluent in English

Office and or other responsibilities:

- Responsible for clean service technical area and service area
- Responsible for Inventory required to complete assigned jobs/projects assigned to them
- Managing safety and environmental compliance
- Valid driver’s license with Satisfactory record
- Physically capable of handling equipment and going on-site to perform install work when and / or where applicable

- Tech Savvy - You are interested in the latest technology and love to solve tech-related problems. Prior copier or IT experience is an asset.
- Time Management and Prioritization - You will be responsible for scheduling the calls assigned to you. You must be able to prioritize the most urgent calls and manage your time to complete calls in an efficient manner.
- Self-motivated and Logical Thinker - You are able to observe a problem, analyze it, and come up with possible solutions. You keep yourself on track and thrive on completing calls efficiently and thoroughly. You are comfortable working solo at client’s offices.
- Customer Service and Communication - You are personable and can communicate clearly and concisely with clients. You will often be required to provide assistance remotely and must be able to clearly communicate directions to clients.
- Valid Driver’s License - travel within city limits as well as out-of-town for service calls is required.
- English Language Proficiency - both written and spoken skills are essential.
- Lifting/Bending - must be able to lift 60lbs.
