Service Technician

Rich-Tek Industries Ltd. is a pump and valve maintenance/service company established in 1989. It specializes in the testing and maintenance of fire pump systems, domestic water boosters and pressure reducing valves. Rich-Tek is an authorized service dealer for key controller manufacturers such as Tornatech and Eaton. Rich-Tek also represents pump manufacturers like Xylem and Armstrong.

**Service Technician**

Rich-Tek Industries Ltd. is a leading global power generation company that provides solutions for the entire life cycle of power plants including construction, development, operation and retirement. Our solutions provide end-to our customers with a range of solutions ranging from simple power to multi-billion dollar facilities.

Our Service Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the power generation industry. This includes but is not limited to power generators, turbines, generators controllers, motors and other equipment used in the production of electricity.

**Essential Duties**
- Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the power generation industry. This includes but is not limited to power generators, turbines, generators controllers, motors and other equipment used in the production of electricity.
- Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the oil & gas industry. This includes but is not limited to oil & gas compressors, oil & gas pumps, valves etc.
- Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the oil & gas industry including but not limited to production wells, production pipelines etc.
- Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the mining & construction industry. This includes but is not limited to mining trucks & hoists etc.
- Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the mining & construction industry including but not limited to mining trucks & hoists etc.
- Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the manufacturing industry. This includes but is not limited to manufacturing trucks & hoists etc.
- Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the mining & construction industry including but not limited to mining trucks & hoists etc.
- Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the oil & gas industry including but not limited to production wells, production pipelines etc.
- Installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the mining & construction industry including but not limited to mining trucks & hoists etc.
- Installation, maintenance and repair of valves for water or gas flow through pipelines. For example; installing water valves for a water-based drilling or producing process requires knowledge of water supply systems; understanding of water demand; understanding how water demand changes with different types of water supply systems; understanding how water demand changes with different types of water demand valves; understanding how water demand changes with different types of oil&gas compressors; understanding how valves are mounted on pipes; understanding how valves are mounted on pumps; understanding how valves are mounted on pipelines; understanding how valves are mounted on wells or well pumps; understanding how valves are mounted on well pipe lines; valve installation on a well pipe line; valve installation on a well pump line; valve installation on a steam or natural gas line; valve installation on a steam or natural gas line line; valve installation on an oil&gas compressor or pump line; valve installation on an oil&gas pressurized tank line; valve installation on an oil&gas tank line regulator; valve installation on an oil&gas regulator regulator connection box).

**Experience**
- 1-2 years experience as a Service Technician (required) or related position (preferred) with at least 2 years relevant experience (preferred).

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
