**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the negotiation process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating communication between parties.
- Manage property listings, including updating market information and ensuring accuracy across platforms.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings while maintaining an organized calendar.
- Support property management tasks, including tenant communications, lease administration, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain organized files and records of transactions, communications, and client interactions.

**Experience**
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- A background in customer service is advantageous, showcasing the ability to build rapport with clients.

**Summary**

As a Real Estate Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting our real estate operations and enhancing client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
