**Role and Responsibilities** - English will follow_ Support des systèmes financiers Oracle (11i, R12 et Cloud), soutient de la mise en œuvre et du déploiement des systèmes et processus financiers dans les différentes régions. **_ RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS : _** - Partenariat/soutien régional Oracle Cloud: - Partenaire en systèmes/processus opérationnels pour les collègues des finances mondiales pour Oracle Cloud. - Réunions hebdomadaires avec son gestionnaire afin d’apporter le soutien à la résolution des problèmes ou d'examiner des questions problématiques. - Réunions hebdomadaires continues avec les régions afin de réaliser le soutien post - implémentation d’un progiciel de gestion intégrée (Oracle Cloud). - Examiner les questions comptables et techniques en lien avec les utilisateurs d’Oracle Cloud. - Effectuer des audits ponctuels pour évaluer la bonne utilisation des systèmes Oracle Cloud. - Collaborer avec les intervenants internes de CAE pour activer la gestion des données en vue d’une analyse et d’un suivi efficaces. - Amélioration continue des processus courant en lien avec Oracle Cloud. - Exploiter les outils et la méthodologie numériques pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle des processus financiers (Power BI, DOMO, Workiva). - Projets spéciaux, en fonction des attributions. **_ Exigences :_** - Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance ou domaine connexe. - CPA ou CFA un atout. - Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience pertinente. - Expérience avec Oracle Cloud (obligatoire). - Expérience avec Oracle R12 et 11i un atout. - Être orienté service à la clientèle. - Capacité à communiquer efficacement. - Bilinguisme (français et anglais). *** Support Oracle financial systems (11i, R12 and Cloud), supporting the implementation and deployment of financial systems and processes across various regions. **_ ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: _** - Regional Oracle Cloud partnership/support: - Partner in systems/operational processes for global finance colleagues for Oracle Cloud. - Weekly meetings with one's manager to provide support for the resolution of problems or to discuss problematic issues. - Ongoing weekly meetings with regions to provide support after implementation of integrated management software (Oracle Cloud). - Discuss accounting and technical matters linked with the users of Oracle Cloud. - Carry out timely audits to assess the utilization of Oracle Cloud systems. - Work with CAE's internal stakeholders to enable data management for effective analysis and monitoring. - Continuous improvement of routine processes linked with Oracle Cloud. - Use digital tools and methodology to improve the operational efficiency of financial processes (Power BI, DOMO, Workiva). - Special projects as assigned. **_ Requirements:_** - Baccalaureate in accounting or finance or a related field. - CPA or CFA an advantage. - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. - Experience with Oracle Cloud (mandatory). - Experience with Oracle R12 and 11i an advantage. - Customer service-oriented. - Ability to communicate effectively. - Bilingual (French and English).
