This is a role for skilled customer service professionals who have an exceptional attitude, the desire to solve problems, and the ability to empathize with others. Every day is different with XA Security Your role as an Experience Ambassador can vary greatly, but your overall duties relate back to one concept - we keep people safe This could mean verifying vaccination status, conducting searches and bag checks, or just providing an overall security presence so that attendees know who to find if they need anything. At XA Security, we believe that everyone on our team is really an Experience Ambassador. - Where do you think we get the name "XA" from? _?? - At least 18 years of age - Have a friendly, approachable attitude. You love interacting with all sorts of humans - Have a real interest in safety and customer service - Have the desire to ensure things in your care are managed efficiently and safely - Have a high comfort level working in unique situations where your customer service skills will be constantly challenged - Have the desire to make $16.00 to start, and have a flexible schedule that works well with other commitments - Able to prove that you have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 Let's be honest - that's a lot.
