**Position Overview**: As a Jr. Fire Alarm Technician at Allen Fire and Safety Services Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems. We seek individuals who take pride in their work, and thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment. Prioritizing certifications will be essential as you advance in the fire protection field. This roll will begin as part time, and transitioning to a permanent full-time position as you acquire certifications and ASTTBC stamps.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with fire inspections, test and maintain various types of fire protection systems in alignment with codes and regulations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Prioritize safety and adhere to protocols and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- ASTTBC certifications in FX & EM (preferred, but not required)
- A strong desire to become fully certified through school and training sessions
- Valid Canadian drivers license
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
