**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment and promote career growth.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, pricing, and stock control to maximize profitability.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of service.
- Collaborate with upper management on budgeting and financial planning for the store.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and sales reporting.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff members as needed.
- Covering shifts as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field with a strong understanding of store operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management and development.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Proficient in negotiating terms with vendors and suppliers for optimal pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis in a retail context.
- Experience using POS systems for efficient transaction processing is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Expected hours: 40 per week
