Our Red Deer location is looking for a highly motivated customer-focused individual for the position of Inside Sales to work and support our operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers who enter the facility
- Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries and orders
- Provide project quotes, enter delivery/special orders and assist in purchasing
- Meet project timelines to anticipate customer needs
- Collaborate with Shipping to ensure delivery schedules and instructions are met
- Work with outside sales staff to stay current with project work and specialty items
- Learn about new building and home improvement materials to increase retail sales
- Ensure facility is clean and stocked
- Be an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers at all times
- Build strong customer relationships through reliable call backs
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Customer service experience in fast paced setting required
- Building material and home improvement product knowledge an asset
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written English
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous sales experience beneficial
