We are growing and are looking for a Hair Stylist (Instructor) to join our creative team. This position is available in both full-time and part-time commitments. The trainer’s time will be spent providing services to the salon as an hair stylist and instructing students.

How you can create an impact:

- Execute and deliver theoretical and practical knowledge of the art of hairstyling to students.
- Supervise & Evaluate student's participation in classroom, practical & clinic floor on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends and ensure that college carries all the necessary products.
- Ensure adherence to course budget.
- Maintain student records and dockets.
- Assist student(s) cope up with any shortfalls or gaps occurring in their theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Excellent verbal/written communication as well as organizational skills and able to meet deadlines.

The skills you bring:

- 3-5 years of work experience as a Hair Stylist or a Hair/Barbering Instructor in reputed educational Institute.
- Complete knowledge of various cosmetology techniques & technology.
- Valid Certification from any internationally recognized Institute.
- Additional Certification & License as a Cosmetology/Hair Instructor is mandatory.
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Highly motivated & creative individual.
- Ability to educate through clear communication and demonstration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
