**Job Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic Sales Ambassadors in Kingston to join our team. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of Grow and Share, responsible for pitching our platform to consumers and getting them signed up for premium memberships. Your role is crucial in expanding our user base and spreading the word about our unique offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertise and pitch Grow and Share to potential consumers.
- Sign up new members for our premium memberships.
- Report daily to your manager with your goals for the day and provide a progress report at the end of each day.
- Attend events, engage in guerilla marketing, and visit cannabis lounges and dispensaries.
- Continuously seek out new places to find potential members.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to pitch to at least 50 people daily.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Previous commission-based work experience or a strong desire to thrive in an uncapped earning environment.
- Confident in their ability to close at least 20% of pitches.
- Capable of pitching no less than 50 people daily and closing at least 40 memberships weekly.
- Must be comfortable reporting to a manager daily with goals for the day and progress reports at the end of the day.

**Compensation**:

- Consumer memberships range from $64 to $94 annually.
- Sales Ambassadors earn 65% commission per sale, translating to $41.60 to $61.10 per sale.
- Expected weekly earnings: $1,664 - $2,444 (based on 40 weekly closes).
- Annual income potential: $85,000 to $127,000, with uncapped earning potential.
