**Overview of the Job Description**

As the Counter Server at Belle’s, you’re first in line to set the tone for the Belle’s experience. We are looking for energetic folks who thrive on building authentic and genuine connections with our customers.

At Belle’s house, we’re all on the same team. Whether we’re slinging drinks, dishing up food or washing dishes, be prepared to jump in and help where and when it’s needed

To be successful in this role, you will need to

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment all the while maintaining your shiny disposition.
  • Problem solving, multi-tasking and excellent communication skills all fit into the team player attitude at Belle’s.
  • Be personable and deliver an exceptional experience to customers.

  • Enjoy people, can chat easily with first time customers as well as the loyal regulars.
