**Do you have what it takes?**
- 2-5 years relevant work experience (reception in a medical or hospitality facility)
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good computer skills and office software skills (including Word and Excel)
- Ability to organize and multitask between patients, phone and computer
- Capable of working on your feet in a busy, fast paced work environment
- Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Skin Care knowledge an asset
- Sales Experience an asset
- POS experience an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
- Welcome patients in person and ensure patients are comfortable and happy during their visit
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to patients
- Booking appointments and schedule coordination
- Facilitation of patient flow (communicating with clinic staff and patients as well as coordinating services offered in all departments)
- Maintaining detailed files and records
- Ensure office and medical supplies are adequately stocked
- Collaborate with team to continually develop ways to exceed patient expectations
- Availability to work shifts within the business hours (Monday and Saturday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Tuesday - Friday - 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM) for a total of 37.5- 40 hours a week. Must be available for evenings and weekends.
