Brampton, Canada Dependable Emergency Vehicles Full time

Dependable Emergency Vehicles is looking for a motivated individual with a DZ License. A minimum of 3 Years’ experience is required. As well as Driving, the individual must also possess qualities for Administration & Customer Service, to provide assistance and support to our sales office. The position will be tasked with a variety of duties and responsibilities, both inside and outside the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operating trucks and other large vehicles.
- Inspect truck before and after trip
- General office duties including Customer Service Support/Administrative duties
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, customers, and vendors while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Assist customers with questions, inquiries, and special requests through various channels promptly.
- Others tasks and duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Valid DZ License, and ability to travel safely across the GTA and other surrounding areas in a large vehicle.
- Degree/Diploma and/or first-hand experience in customer service is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent customer service & time management skills.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 5 pm.
