**Financial Analyst-Temporary Contract ( four months )**

**SCOPE OF THE POSITION**

**THE MANDATE**:

- Analyze production runs to ensure proper consumption of raw materials and packaging with a three part focus on quality, inventory and cost.
- Make journal adjustments to properly reflect consumption of materials.
- Work with the Warehouse team to request inventory counts as required and adjust consumptions as required.
- Complete production runs after audit is finished.
- Prepare BWO Analysis Report.
- Prepare and issue customer reporting on production runs based on required frequency from customer.
- Troubleshoot system errors.
- Perform monthly close duties related to Post-Production.
- Assist in the analysis of waste and its drivers.
- Participate in year-end close activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- University or college degree in in accounting or finance, preferably management accounting.
- Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in Finance or related field.
- Must have strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and analyze data in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
- Experience in manufacturing industry or inventory management is a strong asset.
