**About the Role**:
Are you looking to get your hands on deck of a growing team and company? We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Production Worker to join our Production team. Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth We are hiring at our Mitchell Island location at 11300 Twigg Place on a variety of shifts:

- **Monday-Friday, 12:00AM-7:00AM - work 32.5 hours and get paid 40 hours**:

- **Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-1:30PM**

**Compensation**:
The typical hiring range for this position is $17.50-20.00/hour.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must be able to work with a team and contribute to the team

- Good attention to details & ability to follow policies/procedures

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that materials are labeled correctly and accurately
- Restack finished and stripped product as required
- Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and all continuous improvement initiatives
- Help monitor production waste, work as part of a team to find root causes for defective and follow best practices to improve quality
- Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly at all times
- Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor
