We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) Instructor to join our esteemed college. As an ECEA Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of aspiring early childhood educators. Your expertise and guidance will empower students to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required to excel in the field of early childhood education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on early childhood education topics.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Ensure that class delivery is optimized for the specific course delivery method: online or in class.
- Evaluating student performance fairly and consistently
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
- Work with PTIB and relevant government guideline

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree from a recognized College or University in Early Childhood Education.
- Valid ECE BC Certificate to Practice
- Two or more years of experience working as a fully certified Early Childhood Educator in British Columbia
- Adult teaching experience or completed credential in adult education
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, including presentation and group facilitation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
