_**About Flair Style Co.**_

Flair Style Co. is now entering its 7th year as a full-service home staging business servicing Southern Georgian Bay (Meaford, Thornbury and Collingwood) as well as the Owen Sound area and parts of the Bruce Peninsula. We are currently looking for a part-time Home Staging Assistant.

There is excellent growth potential for this position to turn into full-time employment by not only continuing to stage but also eventually performing onsite consultations (meet clients at their homes), writing reports, compiling staging quotes, managing inventory (both onsite and online via our staging software) and managing all aspects of our social media and marketing.

You are ideal for this position if you are:

- Physically able to lift small furniture items, area rugs, artwork, totes filled with inventory
- Able to represent Flair through professionalism while interacting with Realtors and clients
- Experienced in providing exceptional client service and possess excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Positive and friendly with a strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools
- Keen to learn and have fun
- **Qualifications**_
- Interested in both the staging and interior design industries and have a ‘flair’ for design
- Previous staging or design experience/education is a definite asset but we will train.
- Flexible with the work hours (typically Monday-Friday during regular business hours but varies weekly due to the nature of the business)
- Driver’s license and ability to travel with your own vehicle, year-round - _note: the territory we cover requires travel throughout Grey County, The Blue Mountains and Southern Georgian Bay (Collingwood). We also take on staging projects into parts of the Bruce Peninsula._

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
